3. Prescription device
GutTracker is an FDA 510(k)-cleared prescription device. Federal law restricts it to sale by or on the order of a physician. Information on this site describing the device is directed to healthcare professionals and to patients whose physicians have ordered or are considering the device. It is not an offer to sell the device to the general public, and it is not a representation that the device is appropriate for you.
Product availability and regulatory status vary by country. Content here describes the United States market unless it says otherwise, and nothing here should be read as an offer or promotion in a jurisdiction where the product is not cleared or approved.
4. Forward-looking and developmental content

Other names and marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement or relationship.

This site links to material published by others, including the FDA, the National Library of Medicine, journal publishers, and partner organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

14. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to us at info@gtechhealth.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on our site, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and G-Tech Medical regarding this website. They do not govern the supply or use of the GutTracker device, which is covered by separate agreements.
